How to access the Segment Details

To view the contacts in a segment, go to the Marketing tab, then select Guests & Segments, and click on the Segments section.

Hover the mouse pointer over a segment and click the View Details button:

You will then be shown the Segment Details section:

The left section gives an overview of the following:

• Total number of profiles in this segment,
• Total spend,
• Average nights
• Average daily rate,
• Number of e-mail addresses.

The right section contains a complete table of all contacts, which you can filter using the search bar:

Or sort by clicking the table headers:
