Create a Contact List

Contact Lists are a way to allow you to import additional guest data into Revenue Intelligence for your e-mail marketing campaigns. 

ⓘ By default, a contact list is created for each Hotel PMS in your account, but you can create new lists so you can import new contacts. 

 

How to create a new Contact List

  1. Go to the Marketing tab
  2. Click Guests & Segments and go to the Lists section
  3. Click on the Add List button
  1. Enter the List Name
  2. Select the hotel you want to associate with this list, e.g. if a list of contacts is from a signup form for a particular hotel. 
    Otherwise, you can choose the "Groupwide" option to apply to all hotels in your account.
  3. Click Save to create the list.

💡 Importing New Contacts Once you have created a list, you are able to import new contacts into the list. See the Importing New Contacts section for more information.
