Events Overview

Our events calendar pools together the biggest events in your hotel's area, giving you an indication of possible demand spikes that will affect your property.

⚠️ Important:

Local event data is automatically available for properties in the United Kingdom.
Automatic local event coverage is also available for a group of major global destinations where Revenue Intelligence hotels are most active (e.g., popular cities and resort markets across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific). Properties in these destinations with 40 or more rooms benefit from automatic local event coverage.
For other locations, only global holidays are auto-populated. You can still add your own events manually to ensure they are reflected in forecasts and recommendations.

Filters & Event Types

Here you can choose the event types to view, the hotel, and the selected month in the calendar. Use the filters to create a customized and clutter-free view of only the events that impact your business.

By default, all events are "Suggested," but you can move them to an "Accepted" or "Declined" list:

Suggested: These are our suggested events, available for your review.
Accepted: These are only events you've created or approved (will show as blue in the calendar).
Declined: These are events you don't want to appear in the main list (will show as red in the declined calendar view).
