Use this report to generate a list of reservations based on their rate plan.
Important to know:

- This report only shows the rate plans created on Cloudbeds PMS, not those created on OTAs.
- Only the Room Type booked will be displayed for bookings created with the base rate (standard rate) and the OTA's rate plan.
How to access the reservation by rate plan report
- From the Menu
, go to Classic reports
and click on Production Reports
- Select Reservation by Rate Plan
Applying Filters and Analyzing the Report
You can filter the report by:
- Search for reservation #, room #, or name: View a specific reservation by entering the reservation number, room number, or guest name. Leave the field blank to see a complete list of all your guests.
- Date Booked
- Check-in Date
- Check-out Date
- Rate Plans
- Room Type
- Click Apply to generate the report
The report consists of the following fields:
- Reservation Number: Cloudbeds PMS reservation number
- Name: The first name of the primary guest
- Surname: The last name of the primary guest
- Arrival Date: The reservation check-in date
- Departure Date: The reservation check-out date
- Room Type: The room type that was booked including the rate plan name.
Email and Export To option
Find the Email or the Export To button at the top right corner of the page to send the report via email as an attachment or download it as a PDF or Excel file.
Comments
The ability to search reservations (for all sources including OTA, GDS, etc.) by rate plan is functionality that is needed.
