Calendar - How to Change Rates and Availability on the Calendar

This article covers how you can handle your Rates & Availability on myfrontdesk calendar. 

Rate changes

One of the most useful features of the calendar is that you can change the rates there.
Simply click on rate, change it and confirm.

Myfrontdesk calendar syncs with myallocator (channel manager by Cloudbeds) so all the changes will update myallocator and the connected channels.

Availability changes

On the calendar you can update the availability by creating:

  1. Room block
  2. Courtesy hold 
  3. Out of service block

The amount allotted for sale, rates for long term intervals, restrictions can only be updated on the Availability Matrix
