Cloudbeds is releasing a new improvement to the myfrontdesk system. This update includes improvements to the Agoda channel and small improvements on the new channel setup flow. Please find the specific details below for this improvement.
Agoda was added to the Advanced Channel Rates (Multi-rate Plan)
Agoda (along with Hostelworld and Booking.com) also supports the Multi-rate plan feature (aka Advanced Channel Rates). This feature allows properties to create multiple rate plans for each room type and have those sync to channels.

This feature is currently in a pilot phase and is not enabled for all users. If you would like to join the pilot, please email email@example.com.
Channel Descriptions and Features added to the Manage view of Channel Setup
In February 2020 we introduced a new interface to the channel mapping page that included fresh functionalities, a new-and-improved user experience, and enhanced security to help make the process more secure and intuitive. Click here for further details on the new and improved channel setup flow.
This release improved the new channel setup and mapping screen:
When the channel had error statuses, the 'Getting Started' page would not display the channel description and supported features.
Since the release, you can see 'Channel Description and Supported Features' on the 'Getting Started' page in any status and regardless of channel errors.
Previously, this information was displayed only when the channel was one of the following statuses: Not Enabled, Disabled, or Ready for Mapping. From this point forward, this information will be available in all statuses, even with an error status.
