Connect AsiaYo to myfrontdesk
Step 1 - Getting Started
If you do not have an account at AsiaYo:
- Create an account at Asiayo. Here's the sign-up link.
- Once you complete, reach out to your AsiaYo account manager and request the connection to Cloudbeds channel manager
- Once they confirm the connection, check your Hotel ID on AsiaYo E-Host system to proceed with Step 2.
If you do have an account at Asiayo:
- Reach out to your AsiaYo account manager and request the connection to Cloudbeds channel manager
- Once they confirm the connection, check your Hotel ID on AsiaYo E-Host system to proceed with Step 2.
Step 2 - Start mapping AsiaYo in myfrontdesk
- On the Distribution Discover page, search for AsiaYo
- Click to enable channel
Click on Enable Channel, if requested, and proceed:
- Login with your AsiaYo Hotel ID and Password
- Map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in AsiaYo. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet.
- Do not map multiple rooms to one single room in myfrontdesk or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one. For detailed information about the mapping process please check this article: Distribution Channel Mapping Guidelines
- If you have multiple rate plans created in the extranet, the rate plans will be displayed as separate room types on the rate plan mapping page. We recommend, in that case, the following:
- Leave only one rate plan in the OTA to be mapped OR
- Reach out to your AsiaYo market/account manager to set the rate plans to be derived from a rate plan that will be mapped to Cloudbeds.
- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type, if needed. Click Next when completed or if you want to skip this step.
- Extra settings: Currency - set the correct currency if the channel works with a different currency than your Cloudbeds default
