How to Connect Hotelnet to myfrontdesk

How to connect Hotelnet to myfrontdesk

Step 1 - Getting Started
  1. If you do not already have a Hotelnet account, please sign up here
  2. If you do have a Hotelnet account: Please proceed to Step 2
Step 2. Select/Enable myallocator as Channel Manager on Hotelnet

1. Go to 'Admin' tab

2. Click 'Inbound channel manager'

3. Select 'Cloudbeds/MyAllocator' as the channel manager

4. Click Save

Step 3. Myfrontdesk Mapping Process

First, access your myfrontdesk account:

1. Click on Manage

2. Access Channels tab

3. Search for Hotelnet channel

4. Click on the 'Not Setup' button

5. Enter your Hotelnet Hotel ID, then click Next.

6. Map the corresponding room between myfrontdesk and Hotelnet.

7. Select the rate plan for each room.

8. Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed. Click NEXT when completed or if you want to skip.
