How to connect Dreamcatcher to myfrontdesk

Step 1. Getting Started
  1. If you don’t have an account at Dreamcatcher:
    First of all, you need to create an account at Dreamcatcher. Here's the sign-up link: https://dreamcatchersa.com/signup
  2. If you do have an account at Dreamcatcher:
    Go ahead and proceed with Step 2
Step 2. Select/Enable myallocator as Channel Manager at Dreamcatcher

At this point, Dreamcatcher has already sent you your Hotel ID and Password. If you do not have your Hotel ID and Password, contact your Dreamcatcher account manager.

First, access your myfrontdesk account:

  1. Click on the gear icon
  2. Access Channels tab
  3. Search by Dreamcatcher and click on 'Not Setup'
Step 3. Start mapping Dreamcatcher in myfrontdesk

If you have correctly completed the steps above, you're ready to start channel mapping.

1. Enter your Dreamcatcher Hotel Id and Password and Click "Next."

2. Select the Dreamcatcher rooms from the drop-down that corresponds to your channel manager myallocator rooms and click NEXT when completed.

3. Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed. Click NEXT when completed or if you want to skip.

You're done!

4. Perform a Full Refresh and send rates/availability from myfrontdesk to the channel on the top of your page.
