The Ambassador Portal makes referring to Cloudbeds simple and helps you become a Cloudbeds Ambassador rockstar with a suite of advanced tools and features. This includes viewing earned and pending commissions, retrieving and sharing your referral link, accessing brand assets and more.
Your welcome email should have everything you need to get started as a Cloudbeds Ambassador. If you have lost the email, you can log in to the Ambassador Portal

- Upon logging in, you will be redirected to your Portal
How To View Your Pipeline
- Click on the Pipeline tab
From this page you will be able to:
- Submit a hotel lead
- Track the status of your leads
- See the progress of your incentives
This graph tracks the amount of deals submitted by stage and breaks down the pipeline by
- Number of Leads: All leads submitted
- Number of Deals: Leads that have been qualified
- Total Working: Leads going through our sales cycle
- Total Closed: Leads that are in a closed won status
The following part of the pipeline dashboard breaks down the individual leads but status
- Pending Leads To Convert: all leads submitted awaiting to be vetted
- Approved Deal Registrations: the leads that have been approved to go through our sales cycle
- Closed Deal Registrations: hotel leads that have gone through the Cloudbeds sales cycle and went live with Cloudbeds
- Closed-Lost Deal: leads that went through our sales team and ultimately did not go live
- Unqualified Leads: the leads already live in our system, duplicates, or are not the right fit for Cloudbeds
How To Submit a Hotel Lead
- Click on the Register Deals tab
- Fill out the registration form with all of the information
- Click Submit
