Cloudbeds Ambassador Program - All You Need to Know

The Cloudbeds Ambassador Program allows you to refer your friends, family, and professional network to Cloudbeds. Our referral program is free to join and awards the Ambassador with a gift card for each referral that signs up and becomes a Cloudbeds customer. The person who was referred also receives a USD 50 credit that can be applied to their Cloudbeds’ account.

Who can apply?

Cloudbeds Ambassador program is open to all hospitality professionals around the globe and you do not need to be a Cloudbeds Customer to be an Ambassador.

Our ranks include front desk staff, hospitality consultants, digital marketing agencies, system development firms, budding entrepreneurs, and more!

Please only sign up in one language! Signing up for multiple languages is confusing and may result in your referrals not being correctly tracked.

About the Award

You are eligible for a reward for every referral that successfully signs up for a Cloudbeds all-in-one package (Essentials, Plus, Premier, or Enterprise) and makes their first payment.

Referrals are only valid for new Cloudbeds accounts, you will not receive credit for referring a property group that is already a Cloudbeds customer.

When and how do I get paid?

Awards are reviewed and approved on the first day of the following month and are subject to referral guidelines and policies outlined here. Then, commissions are approved once the first invoice is paid and it takes up to two business day to process all payment.

You can check the status of your referrals by logging into the Ambassador Portal.

Awards are given through one of the following options:

  • PayPal - this option needs to be set as your Preferred Payment - Please check further instructions here
  • Visa gift card -  Virtual gift cards are sent through email with a number and redemption link
  • Gift cards are administered by Tango Card so it is not possible for Cloudbeds to troubleshoot any issues! Please visit this link if you are having any issues
  • Visa debit cards are accepted around the world

How does my referral get the USD 50 credit?

A statement credit will be applied to your referral’s account. Please note the credit is typically applied on their second payment to Cloudbeds, the credit will not be applied to their first Cloudbeds payment.

Can I use graphics from the Cloudbeds website or create my own custom graphics to promote Cloudbeds?

You need to receive permission from Cloudbeds before using any of content or graphics from the Cloudbeds website.
