Cloudbeds System Requirements

Our software suite runs online (over the Internet) through an Internet browser–the same way you would access your email account. Nothing is installed on your computer or downloaded.

We have listed minimum system requirements and recommended system requirements below.

  •   If there is a problem loading the platform, check the article: Cloudbeds not loading Troubleshooting.
  • If you're having trouble logging into Cloudbeds, your browser might be the reason. To ensure the best security and functionality, Cloudbeds applications require specific, more recent browser versions. Please check the system requirements below to confirm your browser is supported. Upgrading your browser version will often resolve login difficulties and improve your overall experience.

Internet Connection 1 Mbps connection 10 Mbps or faster

To check your Chrome browser version, open Chrome and navigate to the menu (usually three dots in the top right corner). Then, go to Help > About Google Chrome. The version number will be displayed on that page.
