This article will show you step-by-step instructions to activate your Viagio account with Cloudbeds PMS.
If you do not have an account yet with Viagio, you can create an account from within Cloudbeds PMS using our Express Registration feature.
In Cloudbeds PMS:
- Channels
- search for Viagio
- click Not Setup, Click To Setup
- Select CREATE NEW LISTING - If you wish to create new Viagio account from Cloudbeds PMS

- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Click CONTINUE
Now, that your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions to your e-mail address (Cloudbeds PMS registered email address) to confirm the account.
- Click Confirm your registration button from the message
- Then you will be redirected to Viagio page to create account password.

If you try to create a Viagio account using the Express Registration feature and already have a Viagio account for your property, you will receive the following error:

In Cloudbeds PMS:
- Go back to Channels page
- Click on Viagio Setup Completed
- Since you created the Viagio account within Cloudbeds PMS, it will automatically input the Hotel ID and Password

- Login to your Viagio back office:

- Locate your Viagio Property ID
In the example below, the Property ID is: 1234

- Login to Cloudbeds PMS and go to Channels
- Navigate to Viagio

- Select CONNECT EXISTING LISTING

- Enter your login information: Property ID and Viagio back office password
- Click Next

- Map your rooms together
- NEXT
If you need to add a new room type after you have already created your Viagio using the quick connect feature, you will need to manually add the room to Viagio and Cloudbeds PMS and map the rooms, starting at step 4.
- Add a Base Rate Adjustment for Viagio - this is an optional step
- NEXT
You are done! A full inventory refresh has now been sent to Viagio to ensure that your property’s availability and rates are synced on the channel.
