Importing Reservations to myfrontdesk

The reservations import step is very important: The reservations in the system affect the availability directly. Before going live you need to ensure that all the reservations made before connecting to myfrontdesk or specific channel are imported properly to myfrontdesk.

There are 2 options on how you can import many reservations into myfrontdesk.  They are represented on 'Reservations Import Options' page.

In myfrontdesk go to 'Reservations' > 'Reservations Import Options'.

On this page you can see the import options available:

1. MANUAL QUICK IMPORT

TIPS:

  • If you have a myallocator (Cloudbeds channel manager) account - our team will be able to import reservations from myallocator to myfrontdesk
  • In emergency cases, when you need quickly close the accommodation because it was booked by someone else but booking was not imported - you may create a block on a calendar for that day and import reservation with the necessary details later.
