Things you should know before you get started:
- If you do not have an account with Cozystay, you can create an account from within Cloudbeds PMS using the Express feature by following the steps under If you do not have an account with Cozystay

How to connect Cozystay with Cloudbeds PMS
Step 1 - Getting Started
Before creating an account with the Express feature, ensure that the following fields are correctly populated on Cloudbeds PMS, otherwise Cozystay account setup will be delayed:
Under Cloudbeds PMS Property Details section:
- Full Property Address (Street, City, Country)
- Property Type
- Property Website URL
- Property Contact Email
- Property description, images and details
Under Cloudbeds PMS Currency section:
- Default Currency
Under Cloudbeds PMS Accommodation Types section:
- Rooms descriptions, images, and details
Access Cloudbeds PMS and:
- Click on Manage (gear icon)
- Access Channels tab
- Search for Cozystay and click on Not setup
- Click on Create new account on Cozystay
- Accept the terms & conditions
- Click on continue
- The creation of your account is complete. Store the credentials displayed in this page for later use: Username, Password, Cozystay ID, Cozystay Password.
- In another window, open Cozystay extranet, create your new listings and confirm your property details:
- Listing details
- Listing photos
- Account's billing information
- Your listing must be approved by Cozystay audit team
- Approvals may take 1 business day

Cozystay team will contact you once your property is ready to complete the next mapping steps.
Go ahead and proceed with Step 2.
After confirming your listing set up on Cozystay, return to your Cloudbeds PMS account and:
- Click on Manage (gear icon)
- Access Channels tab
- Search for Cozystay and click on Not setup
- Click on Connect Existing Listing
- Login with your Cozystay credentials
- If you have created the Cozystay account within Cloudbeds PMS through the Express feature, it will automatically input your UUID and Token.
- You can take the credentials in your Cozystay Dashboard, check the steps here.
- Map the room types created in Cloudbeds PMS with their corresponding rooms in Cozystay. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet.
Do not map multiple rooms to one single room in Cloudbeds PMS or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one.

- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed. Click Next when completed or, if you want to skip, leave it at zero.
- The mapping is complete. Send a full refresh to force an update of rates and availability to the channel.
