This guide outlines the process for automatically syncing a cancelation request for Airbnb reservations directly from Cloudbeds PMS. This eliminates manual cancelations on both platforms, reducing errors and saving time.
Things to note
- This feature only works for Airbnb (API) reservations.
- Reservations must be created directly on Airbnb for a successful cancelation from Cloudbeds.
- The cancelation cannot be undone.
- If Airbnb experiences errors during the cancelation process, the reservation will still be canceled in Cloudbeds PMS.
- Airbnb (API) channel needs to be enabled (channel status) for a successful cancelation.
