NIC card MAC addresses can be found in several different ways. MAC address stickers are affixed to all Lodging Link III and Premier boxes. You can also find your MAC address using a DOS command prompt, the Lodging Link PTS Monitor application, or any Lodging Link log file.
For Windows 10:

- Open Command Prompt (CMD).
- Hold Shift and Right-click.
- Select Open Command Window Here.
- Type
ipconfig /all
and press Enter. - Find the Physical Address under your network adapter; this is your MAC address.
For Windows 11:

- Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced Network Settings → Hardware and Connection Properties.
- View the Physical Address (MAC).

Lodging Link PTS Monitor Application
The Lodging Link PTS Monitor application can also determine your MAC address. Start the monitor application and retrieve the MAC Address from the Network Information section. Below is an example of what to look for. The MAC address has been highlighted for emphasis.
Lodging Link Log File
Getting your MAC address from a PTS log file is much the same as getting it from the Lodging Link PTS Monitor application. Open a log file and retrieve the MAC Address from the Network Information section of the log. Below is an example of what to look for. The MAC address has been highlighted for emphasis.
