Cloudbeds has implemented support for Airbnb's Notification API, which alerts hosts about listing quality and compliance issues. The notifications come from the Airbnb channel directly and will be displayed on your Distribution Cloudbeds page. This guide explains how to handle these notifications.
What are the notifications about?
When a listing quality warning is received via Cloudbeds, it means that Airbnb has identified an issue that may require action for the property. These notifications are sent when an action is required from the host. If you receive any notification in your Cloudbeds Distribution page, follow the steps below to verify and fix the quality issue presented.
