This article briefly explains how to integrate The Guestbook with your Booking Engine Plus.
Integrate The Guestbook with the Booking Engine
- In the Account menu
of Cloudbeds PMS, go to your Settings page
and then click on the Booking Engine section
- Click on the Customize tab
- Scroll down and insert the script below (copy/paste) into the JavaScript field. Remember to replace the words hotelname with your property name
- Click Save

- After placing the script, you will not yet see The Guestbook messaging live in the booking engine until they set it to preview mode on their side.
- Communicate with your customer growth representative at The Guestbook to confirm that it has been placed. They will then move forward with testing and the next steps.
