How to connect IDeaS Elevate

This is a paid integration. Submit a request to learn your pricing and connect the app, as shown below.

 Important:

  • As a revenue management system (RMS), Elevate sends prices to Cloudbeds; once connected to Elevate, you should edit prices only on your Elevate account, any pricing changes in Cloudbeds will be overwritten by your RMS.
  • You can only connect from a single-property account. Multi-property accounts cannot be connected to Elevate.
  • Restrictions must be edited in Cloudbeds since Elevate won’t control them.
  • Elevate requires a minimum of 365 days of prices set in Cloudbeds.
  • Only the base rate will be updated.
  • No blocks will be posted in Cloudbeds.

Connection steps

  1. Go to your Account Account menu.png
  2. Click Apps & Marketplace Apps and Marketplace icon.png
  3. Search for the IDeaS Elevate app
  4. Click Learn More

  1. Click Submit Request

After you submit your request, support will get it and inform you about the pricing. Once you agree on the pricing, the "Connect app" button will appear, and you can finalize the connection process.

  1. Click Connect App

  1. Click Allow Access

  1. You are now connected to IDeaS Elevate. The next steps are to fill out a short form to let the Elevate Onboarding team know about your connection:

At this stage, IDeaS Elevate is already pulling data from your Cloudbeds account and preparing price suggestions for you to review in the Elevate app.

  1. Going live: follow the 9 steps in the GoLIve checklist to send prices to Cloudbeds, and you will be set. Experience revenue growth with Elevate!

  1. Use the Guided Tours to start. 
  2. Select the question mark icon to open the Help page with detailed instructions about any page.
  3. Select the system functionality where you'd like to see quick usage tips.
