Send messages to guests in the Cloudbeds App

• The Message option in the Quick Add Menu allows users to start a conversation with guests directly from the Cloudbeds App and communicate on the go.
• You can also generate a Pay-by-link and send it as a message to guests.

Send messages in the Cloudbeds App

1. In the Cloudbeds App, tap on the Add ➕ icon
2. Go to Message
3. Look for the recipient (guests who the message will be sent to) to start typing and submit your message

Generate Pay-by-link

You can generate a Pay-by-link in the Cloudbeds app and send it as a message to the guests:

1. Click on a puzzle 🧩 sign in the messages
   
   
2. Select the amount
3. Expiration date
4. Add notes if needed
