A unified Inbox is being integrated into the Cloudbeds PMS main toolbar, allowing you to access the Guest Chat, Live Chat, and Team Chat without leaving your PMS. The credit drawer, along with the Usage and Billing sections, is also integrated into the inbox. Check below how to access the inbox and what you will find.
Access and Use the Inbox in Cloudbeds PMS
- Click the inbox icon
on the top navigation bar in Cloudbeds PMS
- Select which chat inbox you want to use:
- Filter and search the existing chats
- Select the conversation you want to open
- Send messages
- Add templates, variables or uploads to your message
- Access and update reservation details directly in the inbox

Access the credit drawer
The credit drawer
You can access the credit drawer directly in the unified inbox and manage all your credits through this tab. Check below everything you will find:
Overview tab
- Check your remaining credit balance
- Add credits to your drawer
Usage & Billing tabs
- Check by period the usage of your credits and their detailed description and costs.
- Check the billing details of the credits transactions in your account.
Notifications
A notifications drawer is available next to the inbox. It allows you to track message activity and receive notifications from your Whistle Chats.

Click on the bell icon
in the top navigation bar to access the notifications drawer
- All new notification feeds will be displayed
- You can filter messages
- Click to open the conversations
- Mute notifications
- Configure notifications preferences
You can reset your notification permissions by clicking the button under the Notification settings. Once you click, the browser will prompt a refresh and present a pop-up asking for permission to send notifications again.
