This report contains information about upcoming reservations, enabling you to effectively prepare for guest arrivals and make sure that your staff meets guest needs efficiently.
It also shows arrivals registered in the selected date range as long as the reservation is In-House or Not Checked-In. The latter includes the statuses Confirmed and Confirmation Pending.
Access and use

From the Main Menu
click on Classic reports

Go to Daily Activity Reports and click on Arrivals Report

Customize the filters

Click Apply
Filters and Reservation Table
When opening up the report, you can filter the list of arrivals by the following items:
- Search for reservation #, room #, or name: View a specific reservation by entering the reservation number, room number, or guest name. Leave the field blank to see a complete list of all your guests.
- Check-in date: By default, it will show today's date every time you access the report
- Room type
- Reservation status

- In-House: Any guests that have already arrived and been checked in
- Not Checked-in: Any reservation that is scheduled to arrive but has not been checked in yet
After applying the filters, the table will show a list of reservations with the following fields:
- Reservation Number: Confirmation code
- Name and Surname: Name of the primary guest (booker)
- Arrival Time and Date
- Departure Date
- Room Nights: Number of nights of stay
- Guests: Number of adults and children in the reservation
- Room Type: Room category name
- Room(s): Room(s) assigned to the reservation, displaying room abbreviations and unit numbers as they appear on the calendar. The cell will say N/A (not applicable) if no rooms are assigned.
- Checked-In?

- Yes: Reservations with the status In-House
- No: Reservations with the status of Confirmed, Confirmation Pending, Canceled, or No Show
- Unassigned accommodations: Number of rooms in the reservation not yet assigned to a specific unit
The Reservation Number, Name, or Surname fields show hyperlinked information to take you to the Reservation Details page.
Export To option
Find the Export To button at the top right corner of the page to download it as a PDF or Excel file.

Yes. If there was a way to automate sending an arrivals report to a certain email address.
This is the way we communicate to our cleaner.
So if we had a way of sending an arrivals report every 3 days that would be great.
Organized by date of arrival preferably. At the minute I go in and email manually but just would be nice having another thing automated, which probably isn't hard to sort from your end.
