Things to note before disconnecting any channel
- Cloudbeds will cease sending ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) updates to this channel.
- Our system will not receive OTA reservations from this channel.
- The property will remain bookable on the channel's side. Proceed with the disconnection also on the channel extranet side with the assistance of your channel account manager to ensure your property is no longer bookable.
- Go to the Distribution
page
- On the
tab, identify the channel you wish to disable.
- Open the
menu next to the channel options
- Click to disable the channel
- Review the message and confirm you want to disable the Channel.
Channels exceptions
- Hopper: Disabling the channel will also disable rooms and rate plans on the channel's extranet.
- Channels like TripAdvisor, Trivago, Google Hotel Ads, Vrbo, and Airbnb, are unlikely to cause issues since they check ARI with us before confirming bookings.
