Our system offers sending different types of emails. The first two are confirmed and confirmation pending. Please check more details below:
The email that will be sent to your guest depends on settings inside of the Policies section:
- Click on 'Policies' under the Property Configuration section
- Click on the Deposit tab
- Choose the confirmation type
You have the following options:
- Immediately confirm online reservations without verifying deposit payment: Our system will automatically send a confirmation email to your guest.
- For online reservations, require confirmation of the deposit payment before reservation is confirmed: This option triggers a confirmation pending email. Even if the deposit was confirmed during the reservation, the system will still automatically send a confirmation pending email first. The confirmation email will be sent when you confirm a reservation.
This settings only apply to your mybookings and direct reservations. All the reservations that come from channels are already confirmed.
