In this article, you will learn how to add and view the guest's estimated arrival time on a reservation.
- If this is populated by the guest on Cloudbeds Booking Engine, this information will be displayed on the reservation and can be modified by Cloudbeds PMS users.
- This information will be displayed only for non-checked-in reservations (Confirmation Pending or Confirmed reservations statuses)
It is enabled for all properties by default.
The Estimated Arrival can be enabled/disabled under the General System Settings:
- Open Manage (gear icon)
- Access the General System Settings under the Property Configuration section
- Click to enable/disable this option under Miscellaneous section,
- If enabled, the estimated arrival time for the reservation will appear when creating a new reservation, on the reservation, on the calendar, and when configuring Cloudbeds Booking Engine.
When creating the reservation from Cloudbeds PMS
While you are creating a new reservation, if the feature is enabled, you will be able to add the information under the Reservation Details as shown below:

Add Estimated Arrival Time on an existing reservation - Reservation Details
The Estimated Arrival Time will only be displayed for non-checked-in reservations which means that only Confirmation Pending or Confirmed reservation statuses will have this option available.
Access the reservation details
- Click on the arrow at Estimated Arrival Time
- Setup the time and click to confirm
Add Estimated Arrival Time on an existing reservation - Calendar
The Estimated Arrival Time will only be displayed for non-checked-in reservations which means that only Confirmation Pending or Confirmed reservation statuses will have this option available.
- Access the Calendar and click on the reservation
- Setup or Edit the Estimated Arrival time directly on the calendar
