I can't find a payment processor that supports my country!


Some countries are unfortunately not supported by most large payment processing companies. Because of this, our payment gateway feature is not compatible with all countries. One way around this is to have both a bank and payment gateway account based in a supported country, such as the U.S.

If you are located in a country where it is difficult to be approved for a payment processing account, there is still an option available to you. Stripe offers a service called Atlas to easily incorporate a U.S. company, set up a U.S. bank account, and start accepting payments with Stripe.

The service is currently in beta, but you can request an invite and also read some frequently asked questions on their site.

Once you've completed signing up, you can follow our Stripe Connection Guide to link your new Stripe account with the Cloudbeds system. You will then be able to easily process payments using myfrontdesk and mybookings. For further info about the Stripe Atlas program, please refer to their website.

We are constantly working on connecting to more payment gateways. If you do not see the one you are using on this list, please submit a request to the Cloudbeds ideas board.

We work with a third party partner so we cannot guarantee any timeline or the ability to work with every payment gateway provider, but we do prioritize our integration targets based on customer feedback and votes.
