How do I get rid of the “Total Charged Pending” for scheduled payments


When we set the payment gateway to collect payments on a scheduled date, it is possible to cancel this payment collection. For that, please follow the steps below

Step 1: Login to myfrontdesk byCloudbeds

Step 2: Find the Pending Transaction

1- Find and access the booking

2- You can check at the credit card details that there's a “Total Charged Pending”

3- To get rid of that, at the "FOLIO" use the filters to the "pending" transaction

4- Click to apply

Step 3: Cancel the charge

1- Find the transaction at the folio details

2- Click at the engine and select the cancel option
