Cloudbeds Guest Experience Chats are available in Cloudbeds app as well. 

Make sure you have Cloudbeds Guest Experience functionality enabled for your account to use a Guest Chat.

How to use

  1. Access the Inbox icon at the bottom navigation panel:


 

  1. Access Guest Chat inbox


 

  1. Use the search and filters


 

  1. Use upload option


 

  1. You can also Mention/Tag team


 

  1. Leave an internal note for team

Live Chat
