How to check out reservations with expected check out for past dates

Some times you forget to make the check out on your reservations. If you disabled the automatic check out extension, the booking will be "in house" with expected check out for past dates and this will impact at the assignement and management of new reservations. To solve this you can easily check out this bookings by following the steps bellow:

Step 1: Log into myfrontdesk by Cloudbeds

Step 2 - Search for the booking that you want to check out

You can make this search by using the filters or at the "search" option at the top bar

Step 3: Click at the name of the guest to access the booking and change the status

Open Balance Message

If you get this message, this means that this booking still have an open balance.

If the booking is already paid, go click YES and add the payment at the FOLIO.

If the booking is not paid, you can click YES without adding a payment or click NO to keep the previous "In House" status.
