Disconnecting or revoking access to your Cloudbeds PMS account is easy. As illustrated in the GIF below, it only requires a few clicks, which immediately revokes access. The application will no longer act on your behalf or access your Cloudbeds PMS data.
Any data that the app received before you removed access will still be present in the app (E.g., reservation details, guest info, etc.). To remove that data on the app and/or delete the account you have with an application, you will need to contact the application/software's support team directly. In some cases, deleting previous data won't be possible.
How to disconnect or delete an app from Cloudbeds PMS
- Click on Account
- Apps & Marketplace
- Connected Apps
- Click on the Disconnect button
- Click Disconnect App.
The app will no longer appear in the Connected App section of your Marketplace.
If you want to confirm the disconnection, navigate to Logs > Activity Logs > and in Change Made, apply the App Disconnected filter under API and Apps.
