This article will walk you through the process to add or edit the property contact information and map settings.
On your Cloudbeds account:
- Click on the settings gear icon
- Navigate to Property Profile tab
- Make sure that your full address (especially the postal code) is correct
After checking the full address, the system will search the location. If the location of your property is not displaying in the correct location in the map, drag the marker to the correct location to update the coordinates.
This map will be visible to guests in the booking engine, so make sure that your location is correct.
The Booking Engine displays the map which pulls information about your property location from the system settings.
