OTA comments and Remarks - where can i view them on myfrontdesk


As long as guests puts comments/remarks on their booking with the OTA, it will show in myfrontdesk. To view the comments/details you will see a BLUE Button with a white down arrow directly under the source Reservation ID, select to expand for more details. 

Note: These comments/remarks can not be modified or deleted within myfrontdesk.
