Step 2: Click on the "Settings" gear icon & Select "Activity Log"


Understanding the Activity Logs

The Activity log shows various changes in your account.

Any user who has been granted access can view the Activity log. You can use the filter to sort, filter and analyize different points in the data:

  • User
  • Change Type
  • Dates & Times
  • Reservation
  • Guest Name

Specifically, the Activity log will keep track of every change made inside the system by all users for the following changes.


  • Rates
  • Rate Intervals
  • Reservation Rate change
  • Packages

Availability / Inventory

  • Allocation
  • Distribution Blocks
  • Service Blocks
  • Courtesy Holds


  • Creation / Cancellation / Modification
  • Adjustments
  • Payments
  • Items
  • Status
