House Accounts - Add Items or Adjust Charges

This article shows how to add items or adjust charges in your House Accounts.

Add Items

  1. Starting from the House Account section of your Main Menu, click on the House Account to add items to
  2. Click on Add/Adjust Charge
  3. Select Add Item
  1. Choose the Category
  2. Select the item from category
  3. Select if you want to post with current date and time
    • When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
  4. Enter the price
  5. Select the quantity
  6. The system will calculate the total price
  7. Select the payment type
  8. Add notes if needed
  9. Select to allocate payment, if needed. Learn more here.
  10. Click to Continue

The item will be displayed in the table of house account. If you need to void the added item, click on the gear icon as shown below, and click on Void:

Adjust Charges
  1. Starting from the House Account section of your Main Menu, click on the House Account to adjust charges to
  2. Click on Add/Adjust Charge
  3. Select Adjust Charge
  1. Enter charge amount
  2. Select where Apply Adjustment to
  3. Select if you want to post with current date and time
    • When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
  4. Enter notes if desired
  5. Click on Adjust Charge

Adjustments will be displayed in the corresponding house account under debit section, in pink color:.

If you need to void the adjusted charge, click on the gear icon as shown below, and click on Void:
