This article shows how to add items or adjust charges in your House Account.

Add an Item
- Go to the House Account page and click on House Account

2. Click on Add/Adjust Charge
3. Select Add Item

- Choose the Category
- Select the product from category
- Select if you want to post with current date and time
- When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
- Enter the price
- Select the quantity - the system will calculate the total price
- Select the payment type
- Add notes if needed
- Click on Add item

The item will be displayed in the table of house account.
You may void the item added by clicking on the gear icon as shown below:
Adjust Charge
- Go to House Account and click on the desired House Account

- Click on Add/Adjust Charge
- Select Adjust Charge

- Enter charge amount
- Select where Apply Adjustment to
- Select if you want to post with current date and time
- When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
- Enter notes if desired
- Click on Adjust Charge

Adjustments will be displayed in the house account under debit section in pink color.
