House Accounts - Add Items or Adjust Charges

1. From the Main Menu , go to the House Account page
2. Click on your desired House Account to add items to
3. Click on Add/Adjust Charge
4. Select Add Item

5. Choose the Category.
6. Select the item from category.
7. Select if you want to post with current date and time
   • When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction when you click the Continue button below. You can uncheck if you are adding a transaction for sometime in the future.
8. Enter the price and quantity (QTY).
   • If the item was configured with a fixed price, the Price and QTY fields will auto-populate.
   • For other items, you may need to enter this information manually.
9. The system will calculate the Total Price automatically.
10. Select the payment type.
11. Add notes if needed.
12. Select to allocate payment, if needed. Learn more here.
13. Click to Continue.

The item will be displayed in the table of house account. If you need to void the added item, click on the gear icon as shown below, and click on Void:

4. Select Adjust Charge

5. Enter charge amount.
6. Select where Apply Adjustment to.
7. Select if you want to post with current date and time
   • When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction when you click the Continue button below. You can uncheck if you are adding a transaction for sometime in the future.
8. Enter notes if desired.
9. Click on Adjust Charge.

Adjustments will be displayed in the corresponding house account under debit section, in pink color:

If you need to void the adjusted charge, click on the gear icon as shown below, and click on Void:
