Adding/Adjusting Charge in House Account

Adjusting Charge

1. Go to House Account and click on House Account

2. Click 'Add/Adjust Charge' and select 'Adjust Charge'
3. Enter charge amount
4. Select where Apply Adjustment to
5. Select if you want to post with current date and time - When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
6. Enter notes if desired
7. Click 'Adjust Charge'

Adjustement will appear in house account under debit section in pink color.

Adding an Item to House Account

1. Go to House Account page and click on House Account

2. Click 'Add/Adjust Charge' and select 'Add Item'
3. Choose item category
4. Select the product from category
5. Select if you want to post with current date and time - When this box is checked the current date and time will be posted for the transaction. You can uncheck if adding a transaction for sometime in the past.
6. Enter the price of item
7. Select the quantity - the system will calculate the total price
8. Select the payment type
9. Choose credit card type if it was selected as a payment type
10. If Credit Card was selected, check the box if you wish to enter and store credit card details
11. Fill in the notes
12. Click 'Add'

The product will appear in the table of house account. You may void the item added by clicking on the gear icon and then, click on Void
