Making changes to your Billing Account


Once you have your billing account setup (Payment options for your myfrontdesk account), you may need to change your billing payment method, invoice details, etc.  This article will describe how to make those changes.

What changes you can make

1. Your Billing Information

You can Add/remove/change your billing information (such as your Tax ID, company name, etc)

Note: when you make changes to your billing information, it will automatically update all of your invoices - for both past and future invoices

2. Your payment method

You can change which credit card you are using to pay with, and/or change your PayPal settings.

How to make the changes

Step 1: Login to the Cloudbeds Billing Portal

Click user icon and select 'Billing Portal'

Step 2: Access the Billing Information section

In Billing Portal click 'Account' > 'Billing Information'

Changing your Email Address

If you only wish to change your email address:

  1. Click the Edit button next to your email
  2. Enter your new Billing Email address
  3. Click Save
  4. Check your email box and verify the activation link to confirm the change to your billing email address (this email will be sent to your old email address)
  • This activation link will be sent to your old email address
  • if you don't have access to your old email address, please contact our support team at

Updating your Billing Information (appears on invoice)

  1. Under Billing Information, click Edit
  2. Enter/change the information
  3. Click Save

Editing your Payment Method

Credit Cards

  1. Scroll down to Payment Details menu.
  2. Click EDIT button in the right upper corner.
  3. Select the Credit Card radio button
  4. Enter your credit card information
  5. Check this box if billing address of the card owner is the same as it was mentioned on the previous step in billing information.
  6. If the address connected to this card is different than stated in billing information, please, fill in the correct address here.
  7. Click Save

Removing your credit card number from the billing system

If you want to remove your credit card details completely from our system, you will need to do one of two things:

  1. Switch to the PayPal method (shown below)
  2. Cancel your account

Removing all payment methods can only be accomplished by cancelling your account with Cloudbeds.


  1. Scroll down to Payment Details menu.
  2. Click Here to Manage your PayPal Information
  3. You will be re-directed to the PayPal login screen
  4. Login
  5. Select one of the following payment options:
    • Add a debit or credit card
    • Bank Account
    • Credit Card
    • PayPal Smart Connect
  6. Payment method is Updated
  7. Choose Agree & Continue
  8. You will be redirected back to the Cloudbeds billing screen, and the process is complete
