How To Set Up Accommodation Types and Property Amenities

The amenities of your property are what make it unique. This article will walk you through the process of setting up accommodation types and property amenities in Cloudbeds PMS.

During the Onboarding process, your Onboarding coach will help make sure the proper amenities are accurate but in the event it needs to be changed, follow the steps below.

Content

  • The amenities are only used for your booking engine and is not sent to any OTAs
  • Default system amenities will be translated to languages available in Cloudbeds PMS (Portuguese, English, Spanish and Thai)
  • The custom amenities which are manually added will not be translated to the selected language in the booking engine

Accommodation Types Amenities

Click on Settings gear icon

  1. Under Property Details section, click on Accommodation Types
  2. Click on the accommodation type name that you want to add/edit amenities
  1. Scroll down and select all the amenities available on this room type - You will need to do this process for all accommodation types
  2. If there are amenities that are not on the list, you can add custom amenities - Type a word and press enter for each additional amenity

Click on Save to ensure that all data has been properly stored

Property Amenities

Click on Settings gear icon

  1. Under Property Details section, click on Property Amenities
  1. Select all the amenities available on your property
  2. If there are amenities that are not on the list, you can add custom amenities - Type a word and press enter for each additional amenity

Click on Save to ensure that all data has been properly stored
