(Outdated) How To Add Extra Nights to In-house Reservations


Step 1: Log into myfrontdesk by Cloudbeds

Step 2: Reservations

1)  Click on Reservations Tab

2) In the Search Field - you can enter either confirmation number or guest name

Step 3: Accommodations

Click on "Change Reservation Details"

***Note: You will only see this verbigae on direct bookings. Third Party bookings access will be different.

Step 4: Change Reservation Detail - Screen

1) Select the date that you want to extend till.

2) Ensure that you click "Find Rooms" to update

3) Click on Save

Step 5: Reservations screen - click on Save at the bottom

Once you update the accommodations screen and save, it will automatically take you back to the Reservations Guest Information screen. Click on Save

Step 6: Scroll down the Guest Information Screen to verify that date has been changed to the desired check out date. Process is now complete
