I can't access my account, how do I reset my password?

In case you forget your Cloudbeds login or password, you can always reset your password. This tutorial will show you how to reset your password.

Step 1 - Navigate to www.cloudbeds.com and Click on the login link on the top right of your screen

Step 2: Click on the forgot your password link

Step 3: Enter your Cloudbeds account email

This should be the email you have used to login or your user email.

Step 4: Password Reset Email is Sent

Step 5: Check your email and click on "Change Password" link/button

Step 6: Set your new password

Your Password must be strong and have the following security parameters:

  • At least 8 alphanumeric characters
  • At least 1 upper-case letter
  • At least 1 number and special character
  • Can not be same as the email

Please note that the system will not allow use of the same symbols or letter combinations in the password if they are present in your email before the @ sign. You will see that the password has not been changed in such case (fields will turn red).

Please note that password reset link works only one time. In case you need to rest password again, just go to https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/auth/forgot_password and generate a new email. Unless you see a success screen below your password has not been changed successfully:

Step 7:
Repeat Step 1 and 2 -- Then login in with your new password.

If your new password is not working make sure to refresh the page so the new password change has taken effect.
