Reports: In-House Guest Report

This report is under the Frontdesk Reports section and shows all the guests that are checked in and set to a status of In-House. The report also shows all of the additional guests that are registered/assigned to those reservations.

In-House reservation definition:  Reservations checked in but have not checked out.

Navigate to Reports - Frontdesk Reports - In-House Report

1. When open up the report you can filter by:

  • Reservation #, room # or name
  • Arrival date (range)
  • Reservation status
  • Balance Due
    • Balance Due: If the reservation has a remaining balance
    • No Balance: If the reservation has no remaning balance

2. The report shows the necessary fields regarding :

  • Reservation/Confirmation Number
  • Guest Name
  • Arrival Date
  • Departure Date
  • Number of Nights
  • Number of adults/children
  • Room Assignment
  • Remaining Balance Due
