Fiscalisation Receipts

Current Mandates

In Germany, the KassenSichV ordinance requires all bills and invoices to be signed and recorded by an external “Technische Sicherheitseinrichtung (Technical Security Element) (TSE). TSE’s are certified by the BSI (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik). A journal needs to be kept and retained for a period of 10 years. On request, the journal data has to be provided to a tax auditor in a specific format called DSFinV-K (Digitale Schnittstelle der Finanzverwaltung fr Kassensysteme, or digital interface of fiscal authority for cashier systems).

Statistical Reporting
