    • There is an available pricing spreadsheet that lists the estimated SMS and WhatsApp pricing per country/region. The cost depends on where the recipient’s number is from. 
  2. Messaging Credits:
    • Properties purchase messaging credits to send SMS and WhatsApp messages to guests.
    • The pricing is based on these credits, which are consumed as messages are sent.
  3. WhatsApp Per Conversation Pricing Logic:
    • WhatsApp pricing is based on a per-conversation model rather than per message.
    • A conversation includes all messages delivered within a 24-hour session window with a guest.
    • The 24-hour window starts when the guest has sent their last message.
    • This means that multiple messages exchanged within these 24 hours count as a single conversation for billing purposes. If the guest doesn’t respond within a 24-hour window, the property will need to initiate another outbound message, which will incur another outbound fee.
