Europe

• With Cloudbeds Payments Europe, you can connect to a BBPOS WisePOS E card terminal. More information: Terminals Overview
• In setup Step 3, select the Type of entity as a Company. If you are a sole proprietor, you can also choose an Individual.

Countries available

Application requirements

• Your legal entity and bank account must be located in the same country as your property (one of the countries mentioned above). For example, if your property is in Germany, the legal entity and business bank account must also be in Germany.
• Your property must accept payments using the same currency as set up in Cloudbeds PMS.

USA

• When you set up your Cloudbeds Payments account, select the type of entity as a company in set up Step 3. You must still choose Company and Sole Proprietorship as the structure if you are a sole proprietorship.

Application requirements

To qualify for Cloudbeds Payments United States, your property, legal entity, and bank account must be located in the United States. Your property must also accept payments and payouts in USD, and the currency set up in Cloudbeds PMS must be USD.

Mexico

• The card terminal is not yet available in Mexico. You can process card-not-present (CNP) transactions only. Check out How to Process Payment Through Payment Gateway.
• In setup Step 3, select the Type of entity as a Company. If you are a sole proprietor, you can also choose an Individual.
• Important note about authentication: If your property is in Mexico and the transaction's origin is Mexico (i.e., the guest’s issuer bank is in Mexico), the authentication will expire after 7 days.

Application requirements

To qualify for Cloudbeds Payments Mexico, your property, legal entity, and bank account must be located in Mexico. Your property must also accept payments in MXN Peso and payout in Mexican Peso. The currency setup in Cloudbeds PMS must also be in Mexican Peso.

Canada

• Select the Type of entity as Company in the setup Step 3. Or if you are a sole proprietor, you can also choose an Individual.

Application requirements

To qualify for Cloudbeds Payments Canada, your property, legal entity, and bank account must be in Canada. Your property must also accept and payout payments in CAD, and the currency setup in Cloudbeds PMS must be in CAD.

Asia Pacific

• Countries available: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand
• In the Routing Number field, enter your bank's routing number. This four-digit number is unique to every bank in Singapore.
• In the Account Number field, enter your bank account number, including the three-digit branch code at the beginning of the number.

Application requirements

To qualify for Cloudbeds Payments, your property, legal entity, and bank account must be in one of the countries mentioned above. Your property must also accept payments and payouts in local currency, and the currency setup in Cloudbeds PMS must be in local currency.

Thailand

FOR INDIVIDUAL ENTITIES:

• Forms for filling out Property Information, Legal Representative, and Bank details.
• Onboarding document upload:
• Proof of Address
• Government-issued ID & Selfies
• Bank Statement (last 3 months)
• After submission, we will review the documents and approve/decline the account creation or request for additional information.

FOR COMPANY BUSINESS TYPES:

• Forms for filling out Company Information, Legal Representative, Tax ID, and Bank details.
• Onboarding document upload:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Government-issued ID & Selfies
• You must accept the SLA (Service Level Agreement). 
• After submission, we will review the documents and approve/decline the account creation or request for additional information.

The terminal is not available in Thailand.

Application requirements

- The documents submitted should be a color photo or scan.
- the file types should be .jpeg,.jpg,.pdf,.png.

Hong Kong

• The terminal is not available.

Luxembourg

Singapore

Japan
