I am writing to object to the way that LIghtspeed R and Lightspeed X are presented on Cloudbeds apps/marketplace. Both require a 3rd party to integrate between Cloudbeds and Lightspeed. The 3rd party, DataStem, is very expensive.
Only after we purchased Lightspeed X equipment and began our training did we find this out. Cloudbeds should note the 3rd party requirement more noticeably, and perhaps list it as Omniboost is shown.
Really disappointed. :(
