Below, you can see steps that you need to take to post to Cloudbeds PMS once you have a check with items on it.
Contact Lightspeed support if you need help understanding how to create a check in Lightspeed app.
- Open Check
- Add Items to check in the Lightspeed app
- Select Pay
- Choose the Payment method configured for Cloudbeds
- Type in the name or room number of the in-house guest to send the charge to
- Click Search
- Select the appropriate account from the list of results. You can also add to the House Account:
- The closed check can be viewed under the Receipts tab with a reference to the room number it was posted to:
