How to use Lightspeed (K-Series)

 Below, you can see steps that you need to take to post to Cloudbeds PMS once you have a check with items on it.

Contact Lightspeed support if you need help understanding how to create a check in Lightspeed app.

  1. Open Check
  2. Add Items to check in the Lightspeed app

  1. Select Pay
  2. Choose the Payment method configured for Cloudbeds

  1. Type in the name or room number of the in-house guest to send the charge to  
  2. Click Search

  1. Select the appropriate account from the list of results. You can also add to the House Account:

  1. The closed check can be viewed under the Receipts tab with a reference to the room number it was posted to:
