You can install the Live Chat Plugin to your Cloudbeds Booking Engine to allow guests to reach out to your property directly on the website.

Integrate the Live Chat to Cloudbeds Booking Engine
Step 1 - Add your Cloudbeds Booking Engine to your Live Chat Domains
In Cloudbeds Guest Experience,
- Go to the Live Chat page
- Open Settings
- In the Installation page, under Website Domains, add the following links:
- https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/reservation/(with your hotel code)
- https://hotels.cloudbeds.com
- hotels.cloudbeds.com
- cloudbeds.com
- Under Plugin HTML, copy the HTML Code (code snippet)
Step 2 - Add the Live Chat Plugin to your Cloudbeds Booking Engine
In Cloudbeds PMS,
- Go to the Settings
page
- Open Customize Booking Engine under Booking Engine settings.
- Under the Javascript field, paste the HTML Code
- Save
The Live Chat Plugin will be available on your Cloudbeds Booking Engine reservation page as the example below:

Whistle is only giving me a HTML plugin - this does not work in the Custom Meta Tags box under Customize Booking Engine. When I add this HTML plugin into JavaScript, it does not add the chat plugin to my booking engine. Any help would be appreciated.
