As part of our continuous effort to provide a better and more comprehensive reporting solution, we are releasing Cloudbeds Reports to all Cloudbeds accounts.
Previously, only accounts with Data Insights* enabled have access to Cloudbeds Reports. We are delivering the first 8 reports to everyone, regardless of package level or enabled features.
These Cloudbeds Reports are view-only reports you can use to analyze your daily operations and finances.
*Data Insights is an analytical platform which allows users to create and customize reports based on their needs. This solution is currently in the pilot testing phase and only available for pilot properties. If you want to join the pilot or have some feedback to share, reach out to our Support team at support@cloudbeds.com.
Access
Property owner has access to Cloudbeds Reports by default, other users must have the privilege to access reports enabled under their role. See section: User permission
- Click Menu.
- Go to Reports.
- Select Data Insights.

- Go to Cloudbeds Reports.
- You will see a list of Cloudbeds Reports. This list will continue to grow.
- Arrivals Overview
- Channel Performance Summary
- Departures Overview
- Invoices and Credit Notes Report
- Production by Guest Country
- Reservations by Rate Plan
- Reservations by Booking Date
- Transaction Detail
- Click on the report title to view the report.

- You may choose how you want to visualize the data: table or chart view (if applicable).
- Filters are used to narrow the results.
- Refresh the report.
- Click to save the report with the current settings (example, if you make any modifications to the filters).
- Export the report.
- Summary Information: The summary information metrics are calculated based upon the entire results.
