Yes, we do! This article explains how you can schedule a call with one of our customer coaches to help you with your inquiries.
At the moment, this feature is available for properties based in US(and its territories) and Canada for specified packages.
How to Schedule a Call
Once you login into your Cloudbeds account:
- Click on the 'Get Help' button
- Select 'Schedule a Call'
- Select the date and time most convenient for you
- Click to 'Confirm'
Once you confirm, the following page will be displayed:
- Selected date and time
- Describe your inquiries - Please be as detailed as possible and include the reservation number, dates, or any other critical information when possible. With all these details, the support team will be able to investigate the case and be more prepared
- Add the ticket ID (if any)
- Click on 'Schedule Event' to confirm
Congratulations, your 40-minute call was successfully scheduled!
- The customer coach name will be displayed on the last page along with date and time
- A calendar invitation will be sent to your email address and you are ready for your upcoming call.
On the scheduled date and time, click on the invite link that was sent to your email in order to access the meeting.
How to Cancel my Scheduled Call
We know that unexpected events happen, so if you need to cancel a scheduled call, please contact our support team asking for cancellation.
